Dr. Shannon Jung
is a professor of rural ministry at Warburg Theological Seminary in
Dubuque, Iowa, and also the director for the Center for Theology and
Land. Professor Jung is an ELCA pastor, and an author. His most recent
book, Food for Life, the Spirituality and Ethics of Eating, is the
subject of Dr. Jung’s conversation with Pastor Marty. Professor Jung
will share with us three core practices for us to consider when we eat
or prepare food. |
